Get down to Dunsborough and ask the local dive shop, it's not hard to find.

Dive around the right side of the point.
Get into the water in the canal, and swim outwards to the point, when you reach the point, descend.
The underwater life there is so beautiful, and there's lots to catch if you are interested: blue grouper, dewfish and harlequin, together with some crayfish.
